These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the products, services, and platforms provided by Kairos 777 Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), including Kairos 777, Kairos Coin (KAIROS), and Kairos Wallet (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of our Services, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency services is prohibited
- Accept and agree to comply with these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.
2. Description of Services
2.1 Kairos Coin (KAIROS)
KAIROS is a USD-pegged stablecoin (1 KAIROS = 1 USD) deployed on multiple blockchain networks including BNB Smart Chain, Base, Arbitrum, and Polygon. Users can purchase KAIROS by sending supported stablecoins, and redeem KAIROS for stablecoins at a 1:1 rate.
2.2 Kairos 777
Kairos 777 is a trading platform that provides algorithmic trading bots, market analysis, and trading tools for cryptocurrency markets. Trading involves significant risk of loss.
2.3 Kairos Wallet
Kairos Wallet is a non-custodial, multi-chain cryptocurrency wallet. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials, private keys, and seed phrases.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your wallet or account
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your private keys and seed phrases
- You must not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- You must not attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the operation of our Services
4. Risks
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Cryptocurrency Risk: Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
- Trading Risk: Leveraged trading can result in losses exceeding your initial investment. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
- Smart Contract Risk: While our contracts are built on audited OpenZeppelin libraries, no smart contract is completely free from risk.
- Network Risk: Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or outages beyond our control.
- Regulatory Risk: The legal and regulatory framework around digital assets is evolving and may change.
- Key Loss: If you lose access to your private keys or seed phrases, your assets may be permanently unrecoverable. We cannot recover them for you.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our Services to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or other deceptive practices
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Use automated systems (other than our provided bots) to access our Services in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably make
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Kairos 777 and its Services are owned by Kairos 777 Inc. You may not use our branding without prior written consent. The open-source smart contract code is licensed under the MIT License.
7. Fees and Transactions
- KAIROS token transfers are subject to a configurable fee (currently 8 basis points / 0.08%)
- Blockchain network fees (gas) are paid separately and determined by the respective network
- All transactions on public blockchains are irreversible once confirmed
- We reserve the right to modify fee structures with reasonable notice
8. Compliance and KYC/AML
We are committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to:
- Request identity verification for certain transactions or services
- Freeze or restrict accounts suspected of unlawful activity
- Report suspicious activity to relevant authorities
- Blacklist addresses involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We shall not be liable for any loss of funds due to smart contract vulnerabilities, network failures, or user error
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kairos 777 Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use poses a security risk or legal liability
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. On-chain tokens remain under your wallet's control, subject to the smart contract's blacklist mechanism.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless prohibited by local law.
13. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or applications. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
